また、ウォーキングなど運動に欠かせないウォーミングアップ、クーリングダウンなどストレッチムービーは、無料でダウンロード出来ます。
It is walking support application to support by sound and a navigator continued walking of 30 minutes without unreasonableness.
Even beginner can enjoy walking of 30 minutes without unreasonableness with 100steps of rhythm for one minute.
In addition, the stretch movie can download walking warm-up that is indispensable to exercise, cooling down free.
We only have Japanese version but English version available soon.
