WhereIsMyTime
1.2.1 | Pavel Perikov | Productivity

Release Date: 12/20/2008

Do you often have a feeling like there's never enough time?
Do you have loads of things postponed or simply not done?
How often have you thought, "If I just had another couple of hours every day"?

WhereIsMyTime will help you analyze how you actually spend your time. It was designed to help you to:

- keep record of your activities (PLEASE READ THE NOTICE BELOW THE APP DESCRIPTION)
- be aware of what you're doing Right Now
- tag your records to help you analyze how your time was spent
- build reports for any combination of tags and for any period of time
- take a look at your past activities (use WMT as a personal activity log)
-send yourself a tab-separated list of your activities for future analysis

Using WMT you can answer precisely to yourself how much time you have spent productively and creatively and how much of it you have just wasted. Nothing can be done about the time you lost - it's gone. You robbed yourself. But you can learn from this.

Using WMT thoroughly and with full awareness can change your life and give your a chance to get in full control of your own time. Remember: time is your most valuable and indispensable resource. Using it effectively is necessary for a successful life.

WMT differs from most time-logging applications. It does not provide you with the ability to start and stop the "tasks". You will switch from one activity to another. We believe that there's no moment when you are not involved in some kind of activity: working, driving, reading e-mail, talking to colleagues, eating lunch, sleeping.

The first time you use WMT you may be shocked to see the amount of time that was not spent productively. Don't blame yourself. This is a great opportunity to start optimizing your personal time-management.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE NOTE: WMT DOES INDEED ALLOW YOU TO EDIT YOUR PAST TASKS AND DID SO FROM THE VERSION 1.0. Reviews stating the opposite are plain wrong. Use the 'Edit' button to correct the duration or add missed tasks. Please consider reading Quick Tips or FAQ section on the web-side. Please contact the support if you have the ideas how the interface could be improved. We're looking forward for your suggestions.
